Return Policy
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!
- Products MUST be returned in NEW (unused) re-stockable condition.
- Package MUST be postmarked within 30 days from original delivery date. If you want to return your order, contact us within the 30-day time frame since we will not make any exceptions on our policy.
- Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange.
- Note the items being returned or exchanged and list any item that should be sent in exchange.

- A credit will be issued within one week of receiving your return.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- A 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed for ALL returns (no exceptions).
- If you paid by Credit Card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account.
- If you paid with a Money Order, we will issue you a company check.
