We do not have a Call Center nor take phone orders. Orders can ONLY be placed online. Since we offer different payment options, you have options such as mailing your payment if you do not wish to place an order online (please follow appropriate instructions to pay by Money Order in that case).


Canceling an Order:

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! If the order is in a "pending" credit card status thru our online merchant, we can void it and no fee would be assessed for cancellation. If an order is in process (with the exception of a non-Grille Tech manufactured item) and has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and a 5% Cancellation Fee will be assessed for ALL cancelled orders. If any order was ordered thru one of our distributors (ex. GrillCraft, Precision, SES Trims, etc. ) and is in process or in transit, we will be unable to cancel it.
