A: 1. Using a screwdriver, remove the air intake hose from between the air filter box and the throttle body. 2. Install the Velocity Tuner making sure it fits tightly in the intake hose. 3. Replace the hose and tighten the hose clamp. For non-turbocharged vehicles it is installed in the air intake system - right after the air filter. Note: All orders include detailed Installation Instructions.
Q: Will the Velocity Tuner work with aftermarket or cold-air intakes?
A: The Velocity Tuner is specifically designed to install in stock intake tubes. However, if you have had aftermarket work done (such as an aftermarket or custom intake) or you want to install it in a cold air intake, you would need to perform custom work to install it such as perhaps welding it, using Epoxy, or using Nuts/Bolts.
Q: Will the Velocity Tuner work with Turbo or Supercharged vehicles?
A: The Velocity Tuner will work with turbo charged and supercharged vehicles and must be placed after the intercooler.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: We are sorry, but we do not have a Call Center nor take phone orders. All orders must be placed online. Since we offer different payment options, you have options such as mailing your payment if you do not wish to place an order online (please follow appropriate instructions to place a Money Order order).
Q: Is expedited or overnight shipping available?
A: We are sorry, but NO expedited shipping is available and we stand by the listed 1 to 2 week ship time. There are no exceptions made regarding this.
Q: When do you charge a Credit Card for an order?
A: Because we need to fabricate and assemble products, your credit card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m EST. All e-mails are answered within 24 to 48 hours. We are, however, closed on Sunday's and all National Holidays.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel an order?
A: Please e-mail us and we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Please be aware that a 5% Cancelation Fee will be assessed for ALL cancelled orders. If any order was ordered thru one of our distributors (ex. GrillCraft, Precision, Carriage Works, etc. ) and is in process or in transit, we will be unable to cancel it.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! All returns MUST be received within 30 days from date of delivery in order for a refund or exchange to be issued. Products must be returned in the original condition it was shipped in. It if is cut or altered, a return cannot be issued. Also, a 25% re-stocking fee is assessed for Returned items. When you place an order, you must check a Sales Agreement box that has each customer agree to terms of sale, including our Return Policy. We make absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS on returns, unless the order is delivered damaged or is lost.
